How to find the chords to a song online

Want to play a song but do not know its chords yet? Search by title or artist in Chorda, choose an available recording, and start the analysis. The chord chart appears in the player so you can follow along and study.

Search takes place inside the Chorda web app.

Find the chords in four steps

    Search by name

    Enter the song title or artist in Chorda search.

  2. 02

    Choose a recording

    Review the available results and pick the recording you want to study.

  3. 03

    Start the analysis

    Request chord extraction to create a chart synchronized with the song.

  4. 04

    Follow along and practice

    Use the player to follow the chord sequence as you listen to the recording.

The analysis can help you get started sooner. Compare the chords with the recording and make adjustments if something sounds different: automated results may vary by song and version.
